At NY Beauty House, we strive to create a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience for every guest. To ensure the best service for you and others, we kindly ask that you review our spa policies below.

Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

  • You can book online, call, text, or WhatsApp us at (347) 598-9292.

Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a rescheduled service if notice is given within our cancellation window.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • We value your time and kindly ask that you value ours as well.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so we can honor the next guest’s appointment.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and subject to a fee.

Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions, memberships, and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments before your appointment.

  • Certain services are not recommended during pregnancy or while taking specific medications.

  • Your health and safety are always our top priority.
